Joseph R. Fuschetto

Joseph Fuschetto excels at helping his clients navigate complex immigration regulation and in providing personalized advice to each of his clients. The son of an immigrant, Joseph has always had a passion for assisting those who came to America seeking a better life.

Joseph represents corporate and individual clients in a several areas of immigration law, with a focus on filings for physicians, academics and other high-skilled professionals. Joseph has extensive experience in J1 waivers, H-1B Petitions, Petitions for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability (O-1 & EB1), employment-based green card applications, E-2 Treaty Investors, National Interest Waivers, family-based adjustment of status, naturalization and other immigration filings.

Additionally, Joseph has assisted clients in a variety of business-related services, including, corporate formation, employment law, and corporate compliance. Having petitioned for his own spouse, Joseph understands firsthand that the immigration process is often frustrating and opaque. His expertise has allowed him to represent some of the largest employers in the state of Indiana as well as immigrants of limited means.

Joseph has presented on immigration topics at a number of conferences, universities, local events, and for private employers. Joseph is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the International Medical Graduates Taskforce.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Joseph is heavily involved in the local Chinese community. Joseph also gives back the community by serving on several nonprofit boards and being involved with the America China Society of Indiana. For the last 3 years Joseph has been included as a Rising Star in the field of immigration for Super Lawyers Magazine.

A Muncie, Indiana native, Joseph lives in Bloomington with his Wife and two sons. He is an avid soccer fan, history buff, and art enthusiast.
