Kate works with individuals to prepare wills, trusts and related documents that ensure their intentions are met.  She also advises individuals in estate administration following the loss of a family member or loved one.  She practices in health law, working with local industries and organizations including area hospitals and health facilities, and represents and advises local businesses and employers on employment law matters and business entity formation.  Kate also represents and advises new and existing nonprofit organizations.

Kate is a member of several professional associations, including the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council.

Like all members of the Bunger & Robertson family, Kate has a sincere desire to give back to the community.
