Laying the Foundation

Len Bunger, Jr. launches his law practice in Bloomington, IN after service in WWII and subsequently completing his education at the Indiana University School of Law.

An Era of Growth

IU School of Law graduate and US Army Reserves veteran Don M. Robertson becomes a partner and begins a career spanning four decades.

80s

Building the Team

Current Senior partners Tom Bunger and Joe O’Connor are made partners, and work continuously to shape the firm for decades. Sam Ardery and Jim Whitlatch join the firm and by the end of the decade are also partners.

90s

Strengthening the Firm

John Richards, Peggy Frisbie and Bill Beggs join the firm and continue to strengthen the nucleus of the firm that exists to this day.

Added Experience

After 18 years in local government service, partner Maryanne Pelic (litigation) joins the firm.
