Josh Radicke

Josh is proud to have served the Bloomington community as a deputy prosecuting attorney for many years and to now bring that same passion and skill to the aid of clients. With his practice in family law, civil litigation, criminal defense and other areas he continues to provide a supportive, helping hand to those who need guidance. As an experienced litigator he enjoys spending time in the courtroom and working to get the best possible result for his clients.

Originally from East Texas, Josh went to Tulane University in New Orleans and received an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and linguistics. He went on to complete a master’s degree in cognitive psychology at Indiana University and a law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. After law school he started a firm in Austin, Texas that provided legal services to individuals with limited access to the justice system, including survivors of domestic violence and individuals with disabilities. He then went on to serve the people of Monroe County as a deputy prosecuting attorney for six years, handling cases and trials ranging from traffic tickets to murder.

Over the years living in Bloomington, Josh has put down strong roots in this community. He and his wife Erin love that Bloomington is a wonderful place to raise their young daughter, and they enjoy getting involved in the community to help make Bloomington a great place to live.
