JESSICA L. MERKEL
Jessica is an associate working primarily in the areas of
estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, probate and
trust litigation, and estate and gift tax planning. Jessica also assists
business owners in selecting the most efficient and beneficial manner to operate,
counsels clients in business transactions, and advises them in tax and business
succession planning.
Jessica, a native of Bloomington, is active in her community
through her involvement with the Bloomington Sunrise Rotary Club,
Bloomington Parks & Recreation Foundation, and as
Secretary of the Board of Trustees and the Worship Committee of the
First United Methodist Church. She values her association
with a law firm that is committed to the community in which it practices.
