HOLLY M. HARVEY
Holly has been an associate with Bunger
& Robertson since her graduation from law school in 1997. Since
that time, she has developed a strong practice in general civil
litigation, with primary expertise in family law and advanced
motion practice. Hollys diverse experience has also resulted
in several successful civil appeals. Her experience is rounded out with
family law mediation certification and acting as a continuing legal education (CLE) presenter
on a variety of topics.
Holly is committed to offering her legal experience
to benefit the community and the legal profession. To that end, Holly devotes a portion
of
her practice to assisting individuals who cannot otherwise afford
private legal services, and also represents Court Appointed Special
Advocates in their advocacy for the best interests of children
in abuse and neglect cases. Holly has also been
active in the Indiana State Bar Association both as District
Representative to the ISBA Young Lawyers Council and the Board of
Governors. Above all, Holly appreciates the ability
to practice in a firm that not only values professionalism and
service to the community, but time with family as well.
