THOMAS BUNGER
Partner
Tom is a partner working primarily in the areas
of real estate, estate administration, estate planning and school
law. He practices in all areas of real estate, including real estate
sales, title insurance and title disputes. Tom also represents several
school corporations and public libraries and assists them in the
day-to-day issues that they face. Through estate planning, Tom helps individuals plan
for the transfer of their assets at death in the drafting of wills,
trusts and powers of attorney. Tom has also assisted families in
the administration of the estate following the loss of a family
member.
Tom has been a speaker and author for continuing
education seminars for lawyers and other professionals on a variety
of education and estate planning topics.
Tom’s active involvement in the Bloomington community has included
serving on the Advisory Board of the Bloomington Division of the
Salvation Army, the Administrative Council
to First United Methodist Church, Bloomington Hospital Foundation
Planned Giving Committee, Hoosier Hills Emmaus Community, Community
Bible Study, WTIU Advisory Committee, Monroe County United
Ministries, and as president of the Foundation of Monroe County
Community School Corporation
